What we're looking for

• Experience in Organizational Development, Change Management, Learning & Development, Workforce Transformation, Digital Adoption, or related fields.

• Experience supporting transformation initiatives in complex organizations.

• Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI concepts.

• Familiarity with LLMs, copilots, agents, prompting, and workflow integration.

• Ability to translate strategic initiatives into practical execution plans.

• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and building cross-functional alignment.

• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Ability to influence and drive adoption without formal authority.

• Strong organizational and project coordination capabilities.

• Advanced English (required).

Nice to have

• Experience in AI Transformation programs.

• Experience designing corporate learning frameworks or internal academies.

• Experience leading change management initiatives.

• Knowledge of Responsible AI practices and AI governance concepts.

• Additional European languages, especially German.

The role

⭐ AI Adoption & Enablement Lead – Change & Transformation – Advanced English

We are looking for an AI Adoption & Enablement Lead to support the evolution of AI capabilities across an international organization.

This role focuses on driving AI adoption, capability building, workforce transformation, and learning initiatives, helping employees and leaders successfully integrate Artificial Intelligence into their day-to-day work.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and has experience connecting business needs, learning initiatives, change management, and digital transformation programs.

What you'll do

• Define and execute AI adoption roadmaps and enablement initiatives.

• Design and coordinate AI learning journeys, workshops, communities, and capability-building programs.

• Support the development and evolution of AI Academy initiatives.

• Partner with business stakeholders to identify and shape AI use cases.

• Facilitate organizational adoption of AI tools, copilots, and agent-based solutions.

• Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, HR, communications, and governance teams.

• Drive awareness, engagement, and adoption campaigns.

• Establish measures and KPIs to track adoption and business impact.

• Promote responsible AI practices and human-AI collaboration.

• Identify opportunities to scale successful AI initiatives across the organization.
