As an International Business Development & Sales Manager, you will drive international expansion, build strategic partnerships, and bring innovative space solutions to new markets across APAC, LATAM, the Middle East, and Africa.

Your mission
Your mission will be to accelerate SATLANTIS' international growth by identifying strategic opportunities, building trusted partnerships, and positioning our Earth observation capabilities in key markets worldwide.
By understanding customer challenges and transforming them into valuable solutions, you will help strengthen SATLANTIS' global presence while contributing to technologies that generate meaningful impact across governments, industries, and society.
You will:
- Develop and strengthen relationships with strategic customers, institutional stakeholders, and commercial partners across international markets.
- Identify new business opportunities and transform customer needs into value-driven commercial proposals and growth initiatives.
- Support the definition and execution of market-entry strategies that expand SATLANTIS' presence and long-term footprint worldwide.
What will set you up for success

Technical academic background: A degree in Engineering (aerospace, telecommunications, electronics, industrial engineering, or a related technical field) will provide the foundation to understand complex technologies and engage confidently with technical stakeholders.

Commercial and business development experience: Previous experience in strategic sales, business development, or account management, ideally within the space, aerospace, defense, or technology sectors, will help you identify opportunities and build long-term customer relationships.

Experience navigating complex sales cycles: Familiarity with institutional, B2B, or B2G sales environments will allow you to manage multiple stakeholders and develop strategic business opportunities.

Understanding of technical solutions: The ability to understand complex engineering products, translate technical capabilities into customer-focused value propositions, and engage in technical discussions will be essential.
