Senior Hardware R&D Engineer

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electronic hardware design
• University degree in electronic engineering, telecommunications, industrial engineering, or a related discipline
• Demonstrable experience in Altium Designer (schematic capture, library management, and PCB layout)
• Solid knowledge of electronic components and eBOM cost analysis
• Experience in product certifications, environmental testing, and EMI/EMC testing
• Skills for planning and documenting hardware validation tests
• Ability to produce clear and precise technical documentation. Certifications or experience in CE marking and product certifications (valuable)
• Use of test automation tools and laboratory instruments: power supplies, oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, etc. (valuable)
• Experience in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and requirements management (valuable)
• C1 level of English

• Design and develop complex digital hardware, from the block diagram to the delivery of schematics and layout
• Create schematics for boards based on FPGAs, microprocessors, and microcontrollers
• Select electronic components and analyze eBOM (electronic BOM) costs in detail
• Define and execute hardware validation tests (characterization, stress tests, functional tests)
• Apply EMI/EMC best practices and standards in design and testing
• Provide support in generating technical manufacturing documentation: bills of materials, application notes, and datasheets
• Collaborate closely with firmware, software, mechanical, and production teams to ensure integration and achievement of objectives
