Production Team Leader - MDC

Join us as a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor and take responsibility for the comprehensive execution of production. You will lead teams, coordinate resources, and drive performance improvements that directly impact quality, safety, and efficiency.

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations and ensure the consistent execution of quality and safety standards
• Set production priorities, assign personnel and equipment, and resolve obstacles through effective escalation
• Monitor KPIs, address deviations, and implement improvement actions to optimize productivity and costs
• Collaborate with maintenance, supply, and quality teams to stabilize workflows and improve performance
