Your role will be key in guaranteeing, as a Management Systems technician, all aspects related to the company's Quality, Environment, and Occupational Risk Prevention management, ensuring the coherence and consistency of its management systems, seeking their improvement, and fostering a total quality culture within the company.
- Deploy adequate Process Management within the organization, monitoring the main activity indicators, and in particular obtaining and analyzing the evolution of the indicators associated with Q, E/A, and ORP objectives.
- Deploy Q, E, and ORP policies, supervising compliance with the regulatory aspects applicable to the company, for the maintenance or obtaining of certifications under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 Standards. To do this, you must:
• Maintain the top-level documentation of the Management System, especially the Q/E/ORP Manuals.
• Participate in the company's Internal and external Audit Plan regarding Q/E/ORP.
• Participate in the preparation of the Management Systems Management Review.
• Analyze and participate in the resolution of those incidents, internal and external, that their severity or repetitiveness may advise, as well as coordinate the corresponding action plans.
• Communicate relevant aspects regarding quality, environment, and occupational risk prevention within the organization.
- In the ORP Area, act as the contact with the Mutual and the SPA to guarantee the safety and health of workers at their workstation: analyzing the risk assessment and establishing a plan of corrective measures; ensuring information/training on risks to workers and the coordination of business activities; guaranteeing the fitness of workers for the job by coordinating health surveillance; coordinating the investigation of occupational accidents/incidents; and guaranteeing the dissemination of the emergency plan. You must know the applicable legislation at all times, promoting the necessary actions for compliance (machinery adaptation, requirements to be met in machinery, hygienic measurements, etc.).
- In the Environment area, analyze the environmental impact of the company and monitor the established indicators. The adequate management of inert and hazardous waste generated by the activity and training/informing workers in its management. Know the applicable legislation and apply it as it pertains to the company. Be knowledgeable of, manage, and internally communicate the needs regarding environmental legislation that involve the company.
- In the sustainability area, participate in the cross-functional sustainability team, managing the actions to be deployed at each time.
- Participate in the Group's Management Systems Forum, as well as in projects and other forums, acting as a spokesperson with external organizations.
