At Sener we wish to incorporate into our team a Mechanical Production and Industrialization Engineer at our Tres Cantos workplace, in Madrid.

What you'll do
Experience in the definition and industrialization of electromechanical equipment will be valued, having carried out tasks such as:
System industrialization. From the design and prototype phase, assessing assembly tasks, times, system maintainability, product configuration, etc.
Introduction of new products. Start-up of the production of new products.
Process Engineering (development of assembly procedures, route sheets, tooling generation, assembly line support, PFMEA, VSM, LTC, etc.)
Functional Testing Engineering. Being able to provide support and carry out functional tests guided by the instructions from the design areas.
Monitoring and resolution of Non-Conformities. Participation in NRBs, investigation and disposition of defects.
Support in the generation of engineering change notes and their implementation.
Support in validation, qualification and certification tests.
Support to the supply chain management.
Requirements
What we're looking for
Degree in mechanical, aeronautical, materials engineering or similar.
At least 4 years of experience performing functions similar to those described.
Nice to have
Experience in the industrialization of electromechanical systems and knowledge of wiring will be valued.
Knowledge of Catia, documentation management in PLM systems, Lean Manufacturing, Layout planning, Six Sigma and Quality Control.

En Sener deseamos incorporar en nuestro equipo a un/a Ingeniero/a Mecánico/a de Producción e Industrialización en nuestro centro de trabajo de Tres Cantos, en Madrid.

What you'll do
Se pondrá en valor la experiencia en la definición e industrialización de equipos electromecánicos, habiendo realizado tareas de:
Industrialización del sistema. Desde la fase de diseño y prototipos, valorando las tareas de montaje, tiempos, mantenibilidad del sistema, configuración del producto, etc.
Introducción de nuevos productos. Puesta en marcha de la producción de nuevos productos.
Ingeniería de Procesos (elaboración de procedimientos de montaje, hojas de ruta, generación de utillaje, soporte a la línea de montaje, PFMEA, VSM, LTC, etc.)
Ingeniería de Ensayos Funcionales. Ser capaz de dar soporte y realizar ensayos funcionales guiado de las instrucciones de las áreas de diseño.
Seguimiento y resolución de No Conformidades. Participación en NRBs, investigación y disposición de defectos.
Soporte en la generación de notas de cambio y su implementación.
Soporte en ensayos de validación, calificación y certificación.
Soporte a la gestión de la cadena de suministro.
Requirements

Titulación en ingeniería mecánica, aeronáutica, materiales o similar.
Al menos 4 años de experiencia desarrollando funciones similares a las descritas.
