We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to work on the industrialization of new products in the industrial sector.

• Define, together with internal partners, the infrastructure, processes, and tools necessary to guarantee system reliability.
• Improve product reliability and quality by providing recommendations to R&D related to design for manufacturing and ease of maintenance.
• Ensure design compatibility with the selected manufacturing processes.
• Monitor the design and approval of manufacturing equipment, tooling, testing, and processes necessary for industrialization.
• Provide support during the prototype production phases.
• Identify opportunities and develop cost reduction proposals.
• Manage project execution through manufacturing suppliers.
• Perform failure analysis on products, materials, and components using customer and manufacturing data.
• Work with internal and external partners and collaborators to identify and design solutions.

• You will have a flexible schedule.
