At Sener Aerospace and Defense, we want to expand our team with an Automatic SMT Production Technician for the manufacturing of embedded electronic equipment in Defense applications at our Cerdanyola del Vallès workplace.

The person joining will be responsible for the operation and control of automatic SMT lines, ensuring quality, traceability, and efficiency. If you have a passion for advanced technology and experience in demanding environments

What you will do

• Operation of automatic SMT equipment (Mycronic, Parmi, Ersa).

• Process control: printing, placement, and reflow.

• Inspection with SPI, AOI, and X-Ray (Nikon).

• Execution of processes: Selective (Ersa), Flying Probe (Seica), Underfill (Musashi), Parylene (VSI), Depaneling (Aurotek), Thermal Shock.

• Management of machine incidents.

• Compliance with procedures in cleanrooms and controlled environments.

• Operation and supervision of SMT lines.

• Production and quality control.

• Data recording and traceability.

• Basic maintenance.

• Basic program adjustments.

• Interpretation of SPI/AOI/X-Ray results.

• Handling of ESD/MSL materials.
