What we expect from you:

We are looking for someone with a university degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, interested in growing in the ERP systems field, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. We expect you to have basic or intermediate knowledge of F&O, enabling you to navigate the system confidently and actively contribute to its support and evolution.

It will be important that you have an understanding of business processes associated with an ERP environment, especially in areas such as finance, purchasing, and/or project management, and that you feel comfortable acting as an interlocutor between business and technology.

We value profiles capable of listening, analyzing, and translating functional needs into practical solutions within the system.

From a technical standpoint, we expect you to have a solid understanding of ERP architecture, enabling you to analyze functional or technical incidents and collaborate on their resolution. We also value general knowledge of system integrations, understanding data flows, as well as experience in role and permission management.

Given the international nature of the Sener Group, a high level of English (C1) is required. Certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (MB-300, MB-310, or others) will be positively valued, although they are not strictly mandatory.

The role

We are looking to incorporate a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Technical/Functional Analyst into the Information Systems team, to participate in the evolution, support, and improvement of our corporate ERP, used in areas such as finance, purchasing, and project management throughout the Group.

What you'll do

You will be part of the team responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, working closely with the different business areas, IT, and providers.

Your mission will be to understand business needs and processes, analyze them, and translate them into solutions within the ERP, participating in both new requirements and improvements as well as in the resolution of problems and incidents.

We are looking for a person with the capacity to understand the problem, analyze its implications, and propose solutions, taking into account both the functional and technical vision.

What will you do in your day-to-day?

Analyze needs related to the ERP and help to concretize them. Propose functional and technical solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
Analyze incidents, identify their causes, and participate in their resolution.
Collaborate with business areas, IT, and providers in the definition and monitoring of solutions.
Participate in the evolution and continuous improvement of the ERP.
Work with the integrations of F&O with other systems and their information flows.
Participate in the management of roles and permissions.
Collaborate in the testing and validation of new functionalities and changes.

An important part of the position will be to act as a link between business and technology, facilitating understanding between the different areas and helping to find solutions appropriate to the needs of the organization.
