We are looking for Bachelor's or Master's students related to Industrial-Mechanical, Aeronautical Materials/Aircraft/Engines who can sign an internship agreement during the 2024-25 academic year.
Nice to have
We will value having knowledge of CATIA, documentation management in PLM systems, Lean, Layout Planning, 6sigma and Quality Control, knowledge of assembly and testing of prototypes or flight models, Python programming knowledge.

The role
At Sener we offer a paid internship, of at least 6 months, in our Aerospace and Defense division, for our workplace in Zamudio, Bizkaia.
We are an engineering company pioneering the design of satellite technology and equipment for space exploration. In Defense, we tackle the design and production of equipment and systems, including unmanned ones. Our passion for precision has led us to become trusted partners of the main space agencies, government bodies, and companies.
The objective of the internship is to perform production engineering tasks in the mechanical or electronic branches, in electromechanical systems projects.
What you'll do
You will participate in Process Engineering tasks (preparation of assembly procedures, route sheets, tooling generation, assembly line support).
You will collaborate in functional testing engineering tasks.
You will assist in Functional Testing Engineering.
Monitoring of assembly line and testing tasks.
Monitoring and resolution of Non-Conformities.
Support in the generation of Engineering Change Notices and their implementation.
Support in qualification and certification testing.
Support to the supply chain management.
