Requirements

What we're looking for

3 to 5 years of experience in similar positions.
Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent.
Experience in Windows systems administration.
Experience with Microsoft 365 and corporate environments.
Experience in user management, permissions, and active directory.
Knowledge of networks, TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, and switching.
Knowledge of virtualization and backup management

The role

What you'll do

Resolution of incidents and service requests.
User support in Microsoft environments.
Management of onboarding, offboarding, and permissions.
Installation and configuration of equipment and devices.
Administration of corporate tools and user accounts.
Preparation and updating of technical documentation.
Administration of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
Management of Hyper-V virtualization platforms.
Administration of corporate networks, firewalls, and security solutions.
Management of storage, backups, and disaster recovery.
Monitoring and maintenance of servers and technological equipment.
Coordination with technological providers.
Continuous improvement projects for IT infrastructure.
Cybersecurity and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Technological innovation projects.
Collaboration with different business areas to identify and develop improvements.
