Automation Systems Technician

• Higher vocational training cycle or Engineering in the computer science area or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Linux systems administration and automation of tasks and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Ansible, including administration, maintenance, and creation of automations.
• Experience in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, PowerShell, Perl, or similar languages.
• Ability to work in corporate environments managing incidents, changes, and technological evolution tasks.

• Valuable experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana), virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), Windows systems administration, networks, and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift).

• English required at "First Certificate" level or similar.

You will join us as an Automation Systems Technician in our IT Infrastructure, IT Infrastructure, Service Management and Governance department, a highly specialized team in system infrastructure solutions, virtualization, on-premises and/or Cloud based on solutions from the main leading manufacturers in the market.

We execute managed Infrastructure services for large national and international clients. Additionally, we carry out projects with cutting-edge technology and extraordinary impact.

• Administer, maintain, and evolve automation environments based on Ansible, guaranteeing their stability and scalability.
• Design and implement new automation workflows to optimize IT processes and infrastructure.
• Develop scripts and tools that allow for the automation of operational tasks and the reduction of manual interventions.
• Manage incidents, changes, and improvement tasks on Linux platforms and automation environments.
• Collaborate in the continuous improvement of the infrastructure, identifying opportunities for optimization and operational efficiency.
