We are looking for a Cook to join one of our centers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of meals for large groups, ensuring quality and food safety at all times.
What you'll do
- Develop preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical data sheets, and implement good practices.
- Prepare menus and adapted diets.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations – HACCP record.
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and control the use of machinery, materials, and tools.
Requirements
- Training preferably in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restoration, Technician in Cooking or similar.
- Demonstrable experience in the hospitality, catering, restaurant, or related sectors.
- 1 – 2 years of experience in similar roles is valued.
- Availability of a driver's license and vehicle to reach the workplace.
- A resourceful person with communication skills. Teamwork.
- Schedule availability.
