Production Manager - South Madrid

We are looking for a production manager for collective catering with solid experience in high-volume collective catering, especially in corporate environments, and with the ability to lead the culinary execution of events and special services. The selected person will be responsible for coordinating daily kitchen operations, guaranteeing service quality, and supervising the team, ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.

• Planning, organization, and supervision of daily production for large volumes in collective catering.

• Control and optimization of preparation, presentation, and distribution processes for menus.

• Coordination of special services and events (coffee breaks, cocktails, gala meals, corporate meetings, etc.).

• Direction, training, and motivation of the kitchen team.

• Organization of shifts, performance supervision, and ensuring a good working environment.

• Promotion of good practices and a food safety culture.

• Full-time position (40 hours per week).

• Schedule: Monday to Friday

• Education preferably in Hospitality: Higher Technician in Restaurant Services. Technician in Culinary Arts

• Essential to have a minimum of 3-4 years of specific experience as a Head Chef in contract catering (kitchen team management, HACCP control, stock management). Experience outside the contract catering/restaurant sector will not be considered.
