The role

Hostesa, a collective catering company with more than 30 years of experience in the sector, is looking for the best talent to join our centers.

We are looking for a Student Support Monitor to join one of our centers in Reus, Tarragona. The person hired will be responsible for attending to students during lunch and accompanying the various activities.

What you'll do

  • Accompanying and assisting infants and/or young people with special educational needs.

  • Developing the autonomy of these infants and/or young people.

  • Helping in all matters relating to movement by monitoring postural control and correcting it if necessary, to maximize student mobility.

  • Stimulating the autonomy and self-management capacity of the students.

  • Remaining attentive at all times while working with children.

  • Promoting the active participation of children in the different tasks implicit in their daily duties, taking their limitations into account.

  • In general, ensuring the safety and comfort of students during their stay at the school/institute and providing support to teachers and/or professors inside and outside the classroom according to the guidelines of the Center Management.
