  • You will develop projects, as well as define implementation plans and manage their consolidation.

  • You will conduct Value Stream Analysis (VSM) of industrial and administrative processes.
  • You will lead workshops and use Lean Manufacturing tools, VSM, SMED...
  • You will implement Strategic Improvement Plans, providing support in the operational management routines of middle management.
  • You will manage teams and also negotiate and interact with senior management and operations managers.
