We are currently looking for a BIM Designer – Revit for laboratory projects to join a department specialized in carrying out turnkey laboratory projects in different countries.

The functions you will perform would include the following:

  • Develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit in accordance with project requirements.
  • Prepare drawings, schematics, construction details, and technical documentation derived from BIM models.
  • Coordinate the integration of the different disciplines (architecture, structure, processes, mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation) within the BIM environment.
  • Perform quality reviews of models, detecting and resolving clashes and coordination issues.
  • Manage Revit families, templates, and libraries, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
  • Extract measurements, schedules, and technical documentation from digital models.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to ensure the correct implementation of design requirements.
  • Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of modeling processes and procedures.
  • Control versions, updates, and issuance of documentation in accordance with the project's document management procedures.
  • Collaborate in the preparation of technical proposals and budget preparation.

Requirements

The requirements for this position would be the following:

- Training in Engineering, Architecture, Drafting, Industrial Design, or similar.

- Demonstrable experience in BIM modeling with Autodesk Revit.

- Knowledge of BIM methodologies and information management standards.

- Experience in generating drawings and technical documentation from BIM models.

- High level of English, both spoken and written.
