The role

  • Partner directly with Affan on engineering strategy and with Oisin on product direction where mobile intersects with growth, onboarding, and retention

  • Drive native-feel polish: smooth animations, responsive interactions, platform-specific conventions (iOS/Android)

  • Work in a PLG/A/B testing environment - ship features, instrument, measure impact, iterate fast

  • Own app store presence and release cadence - versioning, store optimization, crash/performance monitoring

  • Potentially help grow a dedicated mobile team as the app becomes a bigger part of the business

Conditions:

  • Remote in Europe (preference: Western/continental Europe)

  • Portugal relocation sponsorship possible

  • Salary: no fixed budget. Flexible.
