Head of Paid Ads - Performance Marketing Lead

• 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with a primary focus on paid user acquisition for consumer/mobile apps

• Deep hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads/UAC, TikTok Ads, and/or Apple Search Ads

• Track record of owning CAC, ROAS, and LTV as core metrics, and making budget allocation decisions based on them

• Comfortable working across multiple international markets and currencies (UK, Ireland, Brazil, South Africa, Australia) - creative/localization awareness a plus

• Strong analytical skills; comfortable in spreadsheets/SQL/dashboards to build reporting and pull insights independently

• Experience briefing and iterating on ad creative with a designer or creative team, using performance data to guide creative direction

• Familiarity with tools like Mixpanel, Customer.io, or PostHog

• Nice-to-have: some experience with B2B/demand-gen paid channels (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads for lead gen)
