What you'll do
As Electrical Engineering Supervisor, I will perform the following tasks relevant to this role:
Install, inspect, and maintain electrical systems.
Locate and repair faults in panels, lighting, and electrical circuits.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical installations.
Read and interpret electrical plans and technical documentation.
Support other technicians in general interventions.
Correctly control, store, and handle all maintenance materials.
Supervise maintenance technicians in their daily tasks.
Participate in the development and implementation of specific maintenance processes, ensuring compliance with the procedures manual.
Execute necessary tests to guarantee the safe and efficient operation of the facilities.
Care for and maintain facilities and machinery.
Collaborate with external installation and maintenance services when necessary.
Coordinate maintenance tasks with other departments.
Attend meetings and training as required by managers.
Maintain and exceed Six Senses service and operation standards, including performance indicators and LQA standards.
Meet guest feedback and expectations.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Engineering Manager or Director of Engineering.
