Degree in industrial electrical engineering, automation, mechatronics, or similar.
Previous experience in supervision of electrical maintenance within industrial environments.
Knowledge of low and medium voltage electrical installations.
Experience in diagnosis and resolution of industrial electrical faults.
Leadership, organization, and coordination skills for technical teams.
Orientation towards continuous improvement, safety, and operational reliability.

The role

An important industrial company in the agri-food sector, a leader in its field and constantly evolving, is looking to hire an Electrical Supervisor to lead and coordinate the electrical maintenance activities of its production facilities.

What you'll do

Supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities in electrical installations and equipment.
Coordinate and distribute the tasks of the electrical technical team, ensuring the quality and compliance of the work performed.
Analyze electrical faults and incidents, identifying root causes and proposing corrective actions and improvements.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations, risk prevention, and internal procedures.
Collaborate in the planning and execution of improvement projects, modifications, and electrical installations.
Manage the stock of materials, spare parts, and consumables necessary to guarantee operational continuity.
Coordinate external contractors and supervise the work carried out by specialized providers.
Collaborate closely with the Production, Maintenance, Engineering, and Safety departments to optimize plant performance.
Participate in the technical training and development of the teams under your charge.
