The role

At Estel Ingeniería y Obras, we are specialists in comprehensive installations for hotel, residential, and high-end technical buildings, both nationally and internationally. We are looking to hire an Electrical Installations Site Foreman/Forewoman for our projects in Ibiza.

What you'll do

Supervise and coordinate electrical installation work on hotel, luxury residential, and landmark building projects.
Organize and assign tasks to the on-site work team.
Control the execution of work, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and safety standards.
Interpret technical drawings and documentation for the correct execution of installations.
Coordinate the installation of cabling, lighting systems, electrical panels, and electrical distribution.
Supervise commissioning and testing of installations.
Coordinate relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project teams.
Ensure compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention regulations.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical installations on large-scale projects (hotels, luxury residential, etc.).
Valid electricity Occupational Risk Prevention course (20 hours).
Specialized technical training in Electrical Installations will be valued.
