Requirements

What we're looking for

Fluent in Russian and English.
2+ years as a Personal or Executive Assistant.
Experience supporting senior management.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Ability to prioritise and work independently.
close attention to detail and accuracy.
Comfortable handling confidential information.
Willingness to cover both business and personal tasks.
Proactive, reliable, and service-oriented.
Able to work in a time zone close to Dubai or Cyprus.

The role

We are looking for a Personal Assistant to the CEO for one of our investment products.

What you'll do

Manage the CEO's calendars, including scheduling, prioritisation, and conflict resolution.
Prepare and coordinate meetings and follow-ups.
Handle incoming communications, highlight priorities, and track responses.
Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, and service providers.
Manage documents, deadlines, and administrative processes.
Handle personal administrative tasks and payments.
Organise travel and logistics when needed.
Support personal matters such as appointments, orders, and events.
Take ownership of routine tasks and resolve them independently.
