Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, having held a relevant position within a high-growth startup or a technology company
  • Knowledge of SaaS models, having performed software sales in the past.
  • Experience in a B2B company closing partnerships, defining sales strategy and/or organizing large teams (ideally, previous experience as Chief of Sales, Head of Partnerships, or Country Manager)
  • Communication and sales skills (the CEO will lead sales development and maintain relationships with investors)
  • A risk-averse and ambitious person to lead the company's growth

What you'll do

  • Establish the company's vision and culture for the coming years
  • Generate trust with key partners and stakeholders
  • Oversee all business operations and activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission
  • Manage company resources to ensure high sustainable long-term growth
  • Develop high-quality business strategies together with the Board of Directors, ensuring their alignment with short- and long-term objectives
  • Present the company's vision, roadmap, and results to shareholders and potential investors
  • Attract, retain, and lead the best talent
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the company's markets and industry
