Waiter/Waitress Assistant Barcelona Pool House (New Opening)

Located on Avenida Tibidabo, our third House in the city will include a state-of-the-art gym, a full-service spa and hair salon, an 18m outdoor pool, a café, and two floors of club space.

The Role…

We are looking for a waiter/waitress assistant whose role is to ensure that our members have an incredible experience every time.

Your main responsibility is to assist the service staff and ensure that each member has an exceptional experience. You will deliver food orders from the kitchen (or drink orders from the bar) to the members' tables, acting as a point of contact between the kitchen/bar and the rest of the room. Other responsibilities include ensuring that tables are set up for service.

Your duties will be...

• Carry food and drink quickly from the kitchen/bar to their corresponding location in the restaurants and deliver them to the members.
• Maintain an impeccable work environment.
• Provide service and be responsible for the assigned section.
• Develop relationships with members to provide personalized service.
• Clean the cutlery ensuring that it is ready for service.
• Prepare in advance any additions to the tables (prepare lemon wraps, condiments, butter portions, etc.).
• Perform opening and closing procedures, including, among others, setting up and taking down the tables.

El Rol…

Estamos buscando un/a ayudante de camarero/a cuya función sea asegurar que nuestros socios tengan una experiencia increíble en cada ocasión.

Tu principal responsabilidad es asistir al personal de servicio y asegurar que cada socio tenga una experiencia excepcional. Entregarás los pedidos de comida de la cocina (o los pedidos de bebidas del bar) a las mesas de los socios, actuando como punto de contacto entre la cocina/bar y el resto de la sala. Otras responsabilidades incluyen asegurar que las mesas estén preparadas para el servicio.

Tus funciones serán...

• Llevar la comida y bebida rápidamente de la cocina/bar a su ubicación correspondiente en los restaurantes y entregarlas a los socios.
• Mantener un ambiente de trabajo impecable.
• Brindar servicio y ser responsable de la sección asignada.
• Desarrollar relaciones con los socios para brindar un servicio personalizado.
• Limpiar los cubiertos asegurándose de que estén listos para el servicio.
• Preparar con antelación cualquier adición a las mesas (preparar wraps de limón, condimentos, porciones de mantequilla, etc.).
• Realizar los procedimientos de apertura y cierre, incluyendo, entre otros, el montaje y desmontaje de las mesas.
