The role

Located on Avenida Tibidabo, our third House in the city will include a state-of-the-art gym, a full-service spa and hair salon, an 18m outdoor pool, a café, and two floors of club space.

The Role...

We are looking for a waiter/waitress assistant whose role is to ensure that our members have an incredible experience every time.

Your main responsibility is to assist the service staff and ensure that each member has an exceptional experience. You will deliver food orders from the kitchen (or drink orders from the bar) to the members' tables, acting as a point of contact between the kitchen/bar and the rest of the room. Other responsibilities include ensuring that tables are set up for service.

What you'll do

Your duties will be...

Carry food and drink quickly from the kitchen/bar to their corresponding location in the restaurants and deliver them to the members.
Maintain an impeccable work environment.
Provide service and be responsible for the assigned section.
Develop relationships with members to provide personalized service.
Clean the cutlery ensuring that it is ready for service.
Prepare in advance any additions to the tables (prepare lemon wraps, condiments, butter portions, etc.).
Perform opening and closing procedures, including, among others, setting up and taking down the tables.
