Your main responsibilities & tasks:
Under the supervision of the Manager or Coordinator, within our staff team, he/she will provide administrative support to the assigned department, including general functions in marketing, accounting-numeracy, HR, etc. to give the most appropriate response to both our internal and external customer requirements and to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit.
· Compiles data for the purpose of preparing department reports, records, or processing requests.
· Forms part of the assigned projects or programs completing activities and delivering services in compliance with established guidelines.
· Maintains up to date the information in accordance with established administrative and legal requirements.
· Monitors a variety of activities and provides information when required to perform functions.
