What we're looking for

We are looking to bring on board a Senior Consultant specialized in public procurement, regulatory compliance, and internal control to participate in a stable, long-term project within the Public Administration sector.

The role

The selected person will be responsible for reinforcing the cross-cutting review of procurement files, both during their processing and, especially, during the execution of the contracts.

What you'll do

Verify the adequate traceability and compliance of the actions performed with the applicable regulations.
Check compliance with the obligations established in the specific administrative clauses and technical specifications documents.
Preventively identify possible risks, deviations, or needs for documentary regularization.
Contribute to the reinforcement of the internal control system.
Ensure that the files have the necessary evidence and traceability to face oversight, control, or audit actions by the competent bodies.
