What we're looking for

University education at MECES 3 level (Master's) in Law, Political Science and Administration, Public Management and Administration, or Business Administration and Management (ADE). Degrees in Engineering or Computer Science will be admitted when specific experience in public procurement is accredited.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in public procurement, acquired in public administrations, tendering consultancy, or the preparation and review of tender specifications, clauses, and award criteria.
Minimum of 3 years (36 months) of experience in technological projects linked to public procurement, such as electronic tendering platforms, file managers, process automation, or artificial intelligence solutions applied to this field.
Good knowledge of the Law on Public Sector Contracts (LCSP) and its application in public procurement procedures.

The role

We are looking to hire two Expert Business Consultants to participate in a technological artificial intelligence project applied to public procurement, especially oriented towards the preparation and review of tender specifications for local entities.

The professionals will participate in the functional analysis of public procurement processes and their regulatory requirements, as well as in the definition and validation of business rules, playbooks, templates, and documentary models.

Likewise, they will assume functions of functional knowledge governance, validation of sources and content, testing of results generated by artificial intelligence solutions, and identification of regulatory changes, providing functional support during the implementation and use of the platform.

What you'll do

Minimum experience: 5 years in public procurement.

Technological experience: Minimum 3 years (36 months) in technological projects related to public procurement, including electronic tendering platforms, file management, automation, or AI solutions applied to the sector.

Minimum required education: University degree at MECES 3 level (Master's) in Law, Political Science and Administration, Public Management and Administration, or Business Administration and Management (ADE).

Degrees in Engineering or Computer Science with specific accredited experience in public procurement will also be valued.

Location: Madrid.

Work modality: Mainly on-site, with the possibility of considering a hybrid modality
