The role
We are looking for a Store Manager for our Sprinter Olot store, who will be responsible for the following functions:
What you'll do
- Manage, train, and coordinate the store team to ensure the achievement of objectives.
- Comply with and manage company procedures and policies (sales and customer service, merchandise, personnel, training, product placement in store, and cash management).
- Ensure compliance with key store management indicators (sales, turnover, margins, customer satisfaction, and budgets).
