The role
What you'll do
- Receive and welcome families upon their arrival.
- Hand out credentials, lanyards, or tickets.
- Energize the different event areas and encourage participation.
- Guide families and facilitate access to the various activities.
- Coordinate and manage the flow of attendees between the different areas.
- Support the photocall/photo booth area, facilitating photographs and interaction with the installed elements.
- Coordinate groups and explain the different activations at each point.
- Collaborate with the stage manager and the rest of the team to ensure the correct development of the day.
- Support the clearing of the area at the end of each session.
