The role
At Staff Global Group we are looking to hire 1 steward for a CNG RUNNER position during an important international congress that will take place at IFEMA Madrid from October 22nd to 26th.
We are looking for a highly resourceful, polite, sharp, and proactive profile, as they will work very closely with the client and must be able to move through different areas of the venue depending on the needs that arise.
It is essential to know IFEMA well and have a good level of English, as this is an international congress.
What you'll do
- Provide direct support to the team during the development of the congress.
- Perform errands and tasks within the venue according to the needs of the service.
- Move between different areas and pavilions of IFEMA.
- Provide support for needs or incidents that may arise during the day.
- Provide guidance and support when necessary.
- Maintain constant and professional communication with the responsible team.
How you'll work
- Thursday, October 22nd: 13:30–19:30 h
- Friday, October 23rd: 10:00–16:00 h
- Saturday, October 24th: 10:00–17:00 h
