Telephony Promoter Coordinator

Indefinite and stable contract.

Salary remuneration: 21,000

• gross annual + variable of up to 3,000
• annual (reviewable).

Company vehicle, Solred card, and covered per diems for your travel.

Regular working hours: Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00 h.

Demonstrable previous experience in the coordination or management of promoter/sales teams.

Knowledge and experience in the technology and telephony sector.

Availability to travel nationally. The area to be covered is the Vallès area, Mataró, and the central area of Barcelona and Palma de Mallorca.

Valid driver's license.

Leadership skills, fluid communication, and organizational capacity.

Comprehensive management of the direct telephony promoter team.

Continuous coordination with the sales team, internal coordination, and the client.

Planning and optimization of work routes at a national level and time control.

Management of assigned personnel schedules, aligned with the client's commercial plan.

Continuous evaluation of team performance, providing continuous feedback and preparing reports.

Preparation and execution of coverage plans in the event of vacancies, absences, or new service needs.

Management of ad hoc information flow requested by the client and preparation of weekly reports.
