Requirements
What we're looking for
• Training in cooking (Vocational Training, hospitality school, or equivalent).
• Basic culinary knowledge: cutting, cooking, and plating.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Enthusiastic attitude, teamwork, and a desire to learn.
• Compliance with hygiene and food safety regulations.
• Full availability for the 4 days of the event.
• Possession of a valid food handler's certificate.

At Staff Global Group, we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join the VIP hospitality team that will provide service at a large international automotive event to be held in Madrid (IFEMA).
What you'll do
• Prepare the complete mise en place according to kitchen specifications.
• Prepare simple dishes, salads, canapés, and side dishes.
• Continuously replenish trays for dining room service.
• Transfer food between storage, production, and service areas.
• Perform stock rotation (FIFO) in cold rooms and warehouses.
• Wash and polish glassware, cutlery, and trays.
How you'll work
• Permanent seasonal contract linked to the event.
• From September 10 to 13, 2026 (full availability required for all 4 days).
Where?
IFEMA Madrid (IFEMA Trade Fair Center – Avenida del Partenón, 5, 28042 Madrid).
