At Staff Global Group, we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join the VIP hospitality team that will provide service at a major international automotive event to be held in Madrid (IFEMA).

What you'll do

•      Prepare the full mise en place according to kitchen specifications.

•      Prepare simple dishes, salads, canapés and side dishes.

•      Continuously replenish trays for front-of-house service.

•      Move food between storage, production and the service area.

•      Carry out stock rotation (FIFO) in cold rooms and warehouses.

•      Wash and polish glassware, cutlery and trays.
