We are looking to bring on board a Hotel Kitchen Assistant to join our team in Madrid. You will be part of the hotel's daily operations, providing breakfast service, events, and terrace dining for guests staying at the hotel. The service is divided into food replenishment, preparation, and cleaning.
What you'll do
Help with the preparation of ingredients and dishes according to the instructions of the kitchen managers, ensuring their quality and presentation.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of workstations.
Collaborate on inventory management and receiving products.
Follow recipes and procedures to ensure consistent quality.
Assist during peak demand, ensuring delivery times are met.
Keep the kitchen clean and sanitized at the end of the shift.
