The role

At Staff Global Group, we are looking for proactive and dynamic people to join our upcoming tasting campaign for bakery and pastry products. If you have a positive attitude, you enjoy customer contact, and you meet the requirements, this is your opportunity! 🚀

Location: SAN MARTIN VALDEIGLESIAS AV DE MADRID S/N28680 Madrid

Dates: November 13 and 14

Schedule: from 10:00 to 14:00 and 17:00 to 21:00

How you'll work

--- 💰 Attractive Economic Conditions 💰 ---

Base Salary: €9.47 gross per hour worked.
Materials Allowance: €4.36 gross per weekend, as compensation for the use of your vehicle.
Punctuality and Reporting Allowance: €5 gross per weekend
Possibility of performing more activations in the following weeks.

--- 👩‍🍳 Your Responsibilities as a Promoter 👨‍🍳 ---

Perform tastings of the main product: Sliced bread
Present the product in an attractive and professional manner.
Interact with customers, answering questions and encouraging them to try the product.
Keep the tasting area clean and tidy.
Meet the campaign objectives.
Report the required information at the end of the shift.

The material necessary for the tasting, including the product, will be sent directly to your home. It is essential that you have your own vehicle in order to be able to transport and manage these materials efficiently.

Requirements

To be part of this team, you must meet the following points:

Previous Experience: Previous experience in similar roles such as promotions, tastings, or customer service will be valued. Although it is not strictly necessary, a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
Image and Attitude: You must project a good personal image and maintain a proactive, friendly, and customer-oriented attitude.
Own Vehicle: It is MANDATORY to have your own vehicle for collecting and transporting promotional materials to points of sale. 🚙
Availability: Full availability is required to cover the schedules and days indicated in the offer
Commitment and Responsibility: Demonstrate commitment to the brand and responsibility in managing the material and completing the required reports.
