Logistics Runner in Madrid

At Staff Global Group, we are looking for Logistics Runners / Logistic Runners to join the VIP hospitality team that will provide service at a major international automotive event to be held in Madrid (IFEMA).

•      Transport food trays, drinks, glassware, and equipment between the kitchen, bar, and service areas.

•      Quickly deliver materials requested by supervisors or waiters.

•      Support the setup of spaces (furniture, supplies, and equipment).

•      Act as an operational link between front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH).

•      Maintain order in warehouses and transit areas.

•      Comply with safety regulations regarding the handling and movement of loads.

•      Permanent seasonal contract linked to the event.

•      From September 7 to 14, 2026 (full availability).

• Shifts from 12:00 to 21:30 or from 11:00 to 20:00

IFEMA Madrid (IFEMA Trade Fair Center – Avenida del Partenón, 5, 28042 Madrid).

Black jacket provided by the client. The runner must provide black trousers and safety footwear.
