The role

Logistics Operations Specialist Leading eCommerce Company (Madrid)

We are currently looking for a Logistics Operations Specialist to join the Madrid office of a renowned international eCommerce company. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic and high-impact environment within a growing organization.

What you'll do

Main duties

Develop and maintain solid and lasting relationships with logistics partners, ensuring service quality, cost efficiency, and a good customer experience.

Lead and participate in periodic meetings with logistics providers (3PL) to drive continuous improvements.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) through dashboards and reports, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Support the onboarding of new logistics partners, defining service levels (SLA), operational capacities, and cut-off times.

Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders on operational and service improvement projects.

Detect and resolve operational incidents proactively to ensure efficient processes.

Requirements

Desired profile

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proactive, organized profile oriented toward detail.

Ability to adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments.

High level of English.

Previous experience in logistics or supply chain is valued.

Analytical profile with ease in working with data (valued).
