Administration and Operations Technician

• 40-hour working week.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 to 17:00h or from 9:00–18:00h, to be confirmed.

We are looking for a person with organizational capacity, quick learning ability, and a desire to work with digital tools, automations, and artificial intelligence applied to administrative processes.

• Daily administrative and documentary management.
• Customer service and follow-up via telephone and WhatsApp.
• Organization and coordination of technical schedules.
• Follow-up of incidents, maintenance, quotes, and settlements.
• Accounting management, accounting closures, and review of the external management agency.
• Control of suppliers and company expenses.
• Organization and improvement of internal processes, including the creation of protocols and work systems.

Barcelona.

• Good level of spoken and written English.
• Good command of digital tools (mainly Office suite).
• Fluency using ChatGPT, Gemini, or other artificial intelligence tools.
• Ability to organize and manage several tasks simultaneously.
• A resourceful, agile person with good communication skills.
• Capacity and speed to learn new processes and tools.
• Initiative and a desire to propose improvements in the way of working.

• Previous experience in administrative positions.
• Experience in companies specializing in after-sales service, maintenance, HVAC, heating, or construction.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel.
• Experience working with Trello, CRM, ERP, or other management tools.
• Experience in the organization and improvement of internal processes.
