· University Degree in Digital Marketing, Communication, Advertising, Engineering, or related areas with a strong analytical foundation.

· Demonstrable experience: At least 2-3 years (Mid-Level) managing SEO projects with provable successful results.

· Technical and Tool Proficiency: Fluent handling of tools within the SEO and analytics ecosystem (Google Analytics 4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).

· HubSpot Ecosystem: Practical experience working with HubSpot (CMS, Marketing Hub) for the implementation of SEO strategies, optimization, and content management.

· Knowledge in GEO / AI: Interest and practical knowledge regarding how generative search engines are changing the digital environment.

· Analytical and strategic profile: Ability to interpret complex data, structure problems, and design actionable and innovative tactics.

· Added Value: Postgraduate studies or a specialized Master's in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Data Analysis will be positively valued.

As an SEO & GEO Specialist, you will be a key piece in maximizing our clients' digital visibility, connecting their business objectives with the most advanced search strategies and new Artificial Intelligence technologies.

Your mission includes

· Designing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies (On-page, Off-page, and Technical) to improve positioning and the acquisition of high-quality organic traffic.

· Leading the transition towards GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), adapting and optimizing content for the new era of AI-driven searches (SGE, Gemini, ChatGPT, etc.).

· Performing audits and data analysis, using advanced tools to identify growth opportunities, monitor KPIs, and offer proactive solutions.

· Working in synergy with the strategy and content team, ensuring that deliverables meet the highest quality standards and are aligned with the client's business model.
