What you'll do
Management of a team of direct care professionals:
Management of hires, terminations, and contract modifications. Review of payroll supplements, labor inquiries, and claims.
Onboarding and support for direct care professionals.
Management and supervision of the team's daily schedules.
Handling calls and resolution of incidents, suggestions, and notices, from both professionals and the people receiving care.
Use of different computer programs and tools for service management and data exploitation.
Detection and prevention of risk situations or social exclusion.
System of weekly and monthly meetings and touchpoints.
Among other duties.
How you'll work
Temporary replacement coverage due to medical leave.
Working hours: 37 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, mornings and one afternoon per week.
Salary: €18,375 gross annual per the Catalonia home care agreement x14
Start date: September 2026.
