The role

What you'll do

  • Performing personal hygiene: Assistance with daily personal care and cleaning, ensuring the comfort and well-being of the person being cared for.

  • Mobilizations and transfers: Support with movements within the home, postural changes and transfers (bed-chair, chair-bath, etc.), using the appropriate techniques to preserve the safety of both the person and the professional.

  • Meal preparation: Preparing simple meals tailored to the dietary and nutritional needs of each user.

  • Preparation and supervision of medication: Organising and preparing prescribed medication.

  • Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs): Support and encouragement in activities such as dressing, eating, hygiene, and carrying out everyday tasks, among others, to promote personal independence.

How you'll work
