🎯 The challenge
We are looking for an intern or a recent graduate to join the Human Resources team in our Bilbao office, where you will be able to acquire a practical and transversal view of the HR area in a multinational and diverse company.

🧩 What will your functions be?
You will be part of the day-to-day operations of the HR team, participating in tasks such as:
Support in the payroll process, including the review of data and reports for the Finance team.
Support in onboarding processes and the management of new hires.
Collaboration in the preparation of social and personnel reporting.
Monitoring of time tracking, vacations, and absences.
Support in the development of the Training Plan, as well as in the document management associated with grants and aid.
Participation in selection processes, from posting job offers to supporting interviews.
