About the role

Leading multinational company is looking to hire a Payroll Specialist / HR Analytics due to expansion of the HR department. You will help with the comprehensive management and analysis of HR data (integration, standardization, quality, and reporting) to generate reliable insights and support decision-making, including monitoring personnel costs.

What you'll do

Reporting to the HR Controlling Manager, you will participate in the comprehensive management and analysis of the entire payroll process and HR data (integration, standardization, quality, and reporting) to generate reliable insights and support decision-making, including monitoring personnel costs. You will participate in improvement projects and provide cross-functional support to the HR Operations & Controlling area, promoting a data-driven culture and ensuring process efficiency.

Your responsibilities will be:

Data management:

  • Execution, management, and control of the entire payroll process.
  • Preparation and transformation of data for subsequent use in analysis.
  • Managing and analyzing large volumes of HR-related data.
  • Integrating information from different systems (HRIS, payroll, ATS).
  • Promoting a data-driven culture within HR.



Controls and reporting:

  • Performing the appropriate controls to ensure data reliability and quality. Preparing reports and dashboards for decision-making.
  • Monitoring personnel costs.



Projects and other duties:

  • Participating in development projects that help improve or implement process improvements within the department.
  • Performing other related duties not mentioned above within the HR Operation & Controlling department.

Education

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, with a specialization in data.
  • Proven experience in payroll preparation and review.
  • A Master's degree in People Analytics, Business Analytics, Big Data, or similar is a plus.



Experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in similar payroll functions.
  • Required knowledge of SAP and Advanced Excel.
  • Knowledge of HR Analytics is a plus.
