What you'll do

Main duties

Administrative management of logistical operations.
Coordination and monitoring of orders, shipments, and deliveries.
Customer service and support, managing inquiries and incidents.
Contact with carriers and internal departments.
Preparation of reports, data analysis, and documentary control using Excel.
Updating and maintenance of databases.
