The role
Afternoon Administrator (Stability and professional development)
A company in the logistics and transport sector located in Vallès Oriental is looking to hire an Administrator to provide support for daily management and coordination tasks.
What you'll do
- Telephone attention and call management.
- Reception and control of parcels.
- Sending and tracking documentation to the Lleida and Andorra delegations.
- Document management and filing.
- General administrative support to the different departments.
How you'll work
- Fixed afternoon schedule:
- Monday to Thursday: 16:00 h to 00:00 h.
- Friday: 14:00 h to
22:00 h.
