What you'll do

Customer service and communication: Manage calls and emails with clients, suppliers, and drivers.
Document management: Issue, review, and archive delivery notes, waybills, route sheets, and transport invoices.
Fleet control: Supervise the entry, exit, and availability of vehicles, as well as verify compliance with schedules by personnel.
Incident resolution: Attend to and solve delays, breakdowns, or unforeseen events during journeys.
Budgets and rates: Prepare transport budgets and quotes for requested services
