The role

Your mission will be to provide fundamental support in the butchery area, ensuring that customers always find products in perfect condition and receive the best attention.

- You will assist and advise customers so they find the ideal cut of meat according to their needs.
- You will collaborate in the preparation, cutting, and weighing of products following quality standards.
- You will keep the counter and work area impeccable, guaranteeing maximum hygiene and food safety.
- You will manage product replenishment so that the display case always looks attractive and complete.

Requirements

What will help you get off to a good start:
- Previous experience in similar roles: this will allow you to move with agility in product handling and customer service.
- Food handling training: this will ensure you work with total safety and following current regulations.

And you will gain extra points if:
- You have specific training in butchery: this will help you provide added value in cutting and technical advice to the customer.

Basic meat cutting techniques, customer service, food handling, and maintaining hygiene in the fresh food area.
