Refrigeration Technician for Transport Equipment

At Synergie, we are selecting a Transport Equipment Refrigeration Technician to join a leading company in refrigeration solutions for the transport sector. Your mission will be to guarantee the optimal functioning of refrigeration systems, ensuring that the cold chain remains intact and efficient at all times. Therefore, your functions are:

- You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance of refrigeration equipment installed in vehicles and refrigerated containers.

- You will diagnose and solve technical faults with agility to guarantee the correct functioning of the equipment.

- You will install, inspect, and commission refrigeration systems.

- You will perform technical inspections, functional tests, and quality controls following interventions.

What will help you be part of the team:
- Technical training in Refrigeration, HVAC, Industrial Maintenance, or similar.
- Previous experience as a refrigeration technician: in maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of refrigeration equipment.
- Ability to interpret faults and execute repairs effectively.

- Residing in Gavà or surroundings

Industrial refrigeration systems, preventive and corrective maintenance, leak detection, and handling of fluorinated gases.

- Professional stability: you join a solid project with job continuity.

- Initial 3-month contract + transition to permanent staff

- Schedule: full-time 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:30 + 1 week of on-call duty per month (€200 additional for this)

- Salary: 22,500 - 24,000 gross euros per year + possibility of increase based on merit

Desde Synergie estamos seleccionando a un/a Frigorista de Equipos de Transporte para incorporarse a una empresa referente en soluciones de refrigeración para el sector del transporte. Tu misión será garantizar el funcionamiento óptimo de los sistemas de refrigeración, asegurando que la cadena de frío se mantenga intacta y eficiente en todo momento. Por ello, tus funciones son:

- Realizarás el mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de equipos frigoríficos instalados en vehículos y contenedores refrigerados.

- Diagnosticarás y solucionarás averías técnicas con agilidad para garantizar el correcto funcionamiento de los equipos.

- Instalarás, revisarás y poner en marcha sistemas de refrigeración.

- Realizarás inspecciones técnicas, pruebas de funcionamiento y controles de calidad tras las intervenciones

Lo que te ayudará a formar parte del equipo:
- Formación técnica en Refrigeración, Climatización, Mantenimiento industrial o similar.
- Experiencia previa como frigorista: en mantenimiento, diagnóstico y reparación de equipos frigoríficos.
- Capacidad para interpretar averías y ejecutar reparaciones de forma eficaz.

Sistemas de refrigeración industrial, mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, detección de fugas y manipulación de gases fluorados.

- Estabilidad profesional: te incorporas a un proyecto sólido con continuidad laboral.

- Contrato inicial de 3 meses + paso a plantilla de empresa

- Horario: jornada completa de 40 horas semanales, de Lunes a Viernes de 09h-18:30h + 1 semana de guardia al mes (200€ adicionales por ello)

- Salario: 22.500 - 24.000 euros brutos anuales + posibilidad de aumento según valía
