Your mission will be to lead and manage the club to ensure operational success and the satisfaction of members and the team.

Your role is vital because you will be the main link between management and the work team, and you will have a direct impact on the club's performance.

What you'll do

Team Management: You will organize your team's schedules and vacations, ensuring that the club is always adequately attended and that the team is motivated and committed.
Training and Development of your team: You will facilitate the professional growth of the team through continuous training programs and development opportunities within Synergym.
Development of Action Plans: You will create and execute strategies to reach the club's objectives, from attracting new members to the retention and satisfaction of current ones.
Facility Maintenance: You will ensure that all areas of the club are in optimal condition.
Customer Service: You will be the first point of contact for members and future members.
