• Degree in Technical Architecture, Technical Engineering, or similar.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Retail projects.
• Experience with premises between 500 and 3,000 m² is valued.
• Availability to travel nationally.
• Ability to work autonomously and organize multiple projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.

To reinforce our structure, we are looking to hire a Project Manager in Barcelona.

What you'll do

Reporting to the Construction Director, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and coordinating construction and renovation projects from start to finish.
• Defining project scope, deadlines, budgets, and resources.
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing contractors and suppliers.
• Supervising construction execution, guaranteeing quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitoring milestones, controlling deviations, and preparing progress reports.
• Managing project changes by evaluating the impact on costs and planning.
• Ensuring correct technical and documentary adequacy for club openings.
• Optimizing costs and deadlines through efficient methodologies.
• Preparing budgets, purchase orders, and economic control of works.
• Coordinating testing, acceptance, and final delivery, driving continuous improvement.
• Providing technical support to operating clubs and renovation projects.
